Dispatch Timeline

  • If the order is placed before 4:00 PM, there is a 99% chance it will be dispatched the same day.
  • If the order is placed after 4:00 PM, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 working days
  • North Zone: 3–4 working days
  • South Zone: 4–5 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days
  • North East: 8–10 working days

Note: Deliveries may be delayed by 5–7 additional days due to government/state restrictions, public or gazetted holidays.

Customer Responsibilities

  • If the parcel is not received within the estimated time mentioned above, the customer must inform us via WhatsApp or voice call.
  • Neither Printer Partner nor the courier company will be responsible for delayed deliveries beyond 5–7 days.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered parcels after 7 days of order placement unless informed by the customer within that period via WhatsApp or phone call.

Delivery Status Shows ‘Delivered’ But Parcel Not Received?

Sometimes courier tracking may show the parcel as “Delivered” even though the customer has not received it.

In such cases, the customer must contact us via both WhatsApp and phone call. After verification with the courier company, we will either re-ship the parcel or initiate a refund.

This verification and resolution process may take 15–20 working days.
