  • Fuser Bush
  • Grease
  • USB Cable / USB Connector / Power Cable
  • Timing Belt / PF Belt

  • Paper Pickup Roller / Spring / Hinge / Pulley Gear / Sticker
  • Exit Assembly / Flatbed Base / ADF
  • All types of plastic items: Tray, Top Cover, Side Cover, Front Cover, Back Cover, Waste Pad, Maintenance Box
  • All types of cables: Head Cable, CCD Cable, Panel Cable, Sensor Cable

Refurbished Printer and Scanner Policy

Warranty is applicable only on the parts of refurbished printers and scanners. Complete units are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Applicable to: Working Original, Refurbished Original, Pulled Original Parts like Fuser Assembly, Formatter Card, Power Supply, Sensor, CCD / CIS, Laser Scanner, Engine Control, Control Panel
  • Item is out of stock after order confirmation
  • Parcel is misplaced by the courier

In such cases, 100% of the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account (Paytm, Google Pay, UPI, or Bank Transfer) within 7 working days.
